The 2025 FBK Games is scheduled to be held on June 9 at the Fanny Blankers-Koen stadium in Hengelo, Netherlands. Home favorite Femke Bol is among the star-studded lineup featuring at the World Athletics Continental Tour Gold meeting on Monday.

Bol will compete in her signature 400m hurdles event at the track and field meeting. Having made her outdoor season opener at the Rabat Diamond League on May 25 in the 400m hurdles, she clocked the second-fastest time of the season with a 52.46s, only behind the world record holder Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone, who clocked a 52.07s at the Grand Slam Track in Miami.

All eyes will be on the four-time Olympic medalist as she enters the FBK Games as the favorite in her event. Notably, Bol hasn’t competed in many races this season as she prioritized rest and took some time away from the track, opting out of competing in individual races during the indoor season.

So far, she has only featured at the European Athletics Indoor Championships, where she played a crucial role in helping the Netherlands win gold in both the women’s 4x400m and mixed 4x400m relay events.

Meanwhile, a few other prominent names to look out for at the event are Anavia Battle, Lieke Klaver, Torrie Lewis (women’s 200m), Chase Jackson, Fanny Roos, Maggie Ewen (women’s shot put), Nadine Visser, Pia Skrzyszowska (women’s 100m hurdles), Cordell Tinch, Dylan Beard and Omar McLeod (110m hurdles).
